Why? 

When we started our agency our one goal was simple, have agents keep more of the commissions they earn in their pockets and treat them the way we always wanted to be treated, but had a hard time finding at traditional agencies.  We understand that agents spend too much time bringing in their own leads and working on their transactions to give all the money to an agency that didn't do any of the work.  We also understand that offering out more to our agents doesn't mean you should expect less from your broker or your agency.  We are always here and available to help you in any way, seven days a week for whatever you need.  We are always here to help you with marketing and to help you grow your brand the way you want as much or as little as you want.  If you are an experienced agent and would prefer more of a hand's off approach, we are fine with that as well.  If you already have a team or would like to start a team, they are always welcome.
